Barangay San Vicente

Situated in Ocampo, Camarines Sur, Barangay San Vicente is one of 25 barangays that make up the municipality within Bicol Region.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Vicente had a population of 2,135. This made it the 10th largest of 25 barangays in Ocampo by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Vicente accounted for approximately 4.18% of the total population of Ocampo, which stood at 51,073 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Vicente changed from 2,193 to 2,135, a shift of -2.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Ocampo. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Vicente as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Ocampo is a municipality comprising 25 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Vicente, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
