Situated in Orani, Bataan, Barangay Tagumpay is one of 29 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Luzon.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tagumpay had a population of 2,551. This made it the 10th largest of 29 barangays in Orani by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tagumpay accounted for approximately 3.63% of the total population of Orani, which stood at 70,342 in the same census year.
