Barangay Segabe

Barangay Segabe is a small barangay in the municipality of Piñan, located in the province of Zamboanga Del Norte, in the Zamboanga Peninsula region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Segabe had a population of 789. This made it the 10th largest of 22 barangays in Piñan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Segabe accounted for approximately 3.90% of the total population of Piñan, which stood at 20,221 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Segabe moving from 777 residents to 789 residents, an intercensal change of +1.5%. The trajectory indicates a slowly expanding community.
