Barangay Calawag

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Calawag is one of the administrative divisions of Pikit in Cotabato, SOCCSKSARGEN, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Calawag had a population of 1,071. This made it the 19th largest of 42 barangays in Pikit by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Calawag accounted for approximately 0.65% of the total population of Pikit, which stood at 164,646 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Calawag changed from 848 to 1,071, a shift of +26.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Pikit.
