Barangay Paidu Pulangi

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Paidu Pulangi is one of the administrative divisions of Pikit in Cotabato, SOCCSKSARGEN, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Paidu Pulangi had a population of 4,729. This made it the 4th largest of 42 barangays in Pikit by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Paidu Pulangi accounted for approximately 2.87% of the total population of Pikit, which stood at 164,646 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Paidu Pulangi changed from 5,191 to 4,729, a shift of -8.9% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Pikit. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Paidu Pulangi as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
