Barangay Pambisan Malaki

Barangay Pambisan Malaki is a small barangay in the municipality of Pinamalayan, located in the province of Oriental Mindoro, in the MIMAROPA Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Pambisan Malaki had a population of 1,838. This made it the 22nd largest of 37 barangays in Pinamalayan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pambisan Malaki accounted for approximately 2.03% of the total population of Pinamalayan, which stood at 90,383 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Pambisan Malaki changed from 1,821 to 1,838, a shift of +0.9% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with slowly expanding populations in Pinamalayan. Barangay Pambisan Malaki is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
