Barangay Lumbaan-Bicbica

Barangay Lumbaan-Bicbica is a small barangay in the municipality of Pinili, located in the province of Ilocos Norte, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Lumbaan-Bicbica had a population of 751. This made it the 8th largest of 25 barangays in Pinili by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Lumbaan-Bicbica accounted for approximately 4.26% of the total population of Pinili, which stood at 17,626 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Lumbaan-Bicbica changed from 726 to 751, a shift of +3.4% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Pinili. Barangay Lumbaan-Bicbica is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
