Barangay Pinagbayanan

Barangay Pinagbayanan is a small barangay in the municipality of Pitogo, located in the province of Quezon, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Pinagbayanan had a population of 520. This made it the 20th largest of 39 barangays in Pitogo by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pinagbayanan accounted for approximately 2.28% of the total population of Pitogo, which stood at 22,798 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Pinagbayanan changed from 557 to 520, a shift of -6.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Pitogo. Barangay Pinagbayanan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
