Barangay Buhay Na Tubig

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Buhay Na Tubig is one of the administrative divisions of Pola in Oriental Mindoro, MIMAROPA Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Buhay Na Tubig had a population of 1,055. This made it the 16th largest of 23 barangays in Pola by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Buhay Na Tubig accounted for approximately 2.98% of the total population of Pola, which stood at 35,455 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Buhay Na Tubig changed from 1,207 to 1,055, a shift of -12.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Pola. Barangay Buhay Na Tubig is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
