Barangay Sibulan

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Sibulan is one of the administrative divisions of Polillo in Quezon, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Sibulan had a population of 4,602. This made it the 1st largest of 20 barangays in Polillo by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Sibulan accounted for approximately 14.42% of the total population of Polillo, which stood at 31,908 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Sibulan moving from 4,258 residents to 4,602 residents, an intercensal change of +8.1%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Sibulan as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Polillo is a municipality comprising 20 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Sibulan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
