Barangay Glamang

Barangay Glamang is a large barangay in the municipality of Polomolok, located in the province of South Cotabato, in the SOCCSKSARGEN region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Glamang had a population of 8,404. This made it the 5th largest of 23 barangays in Polomolok by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Glamang accounted for approximately 4.87% of the total population of Polomolok, which stood at 172,605 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Glamang moving from 7,061 residents to 8,404 residents, an intercensal change of +19.0%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Glamang is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
