Barangay Manibaug Libutad

Barangay Manibaug Libutad is a large barangay in the municipality of Porac, located in the province of Pampanga, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Manibaug Libutad had a population of 5,576. This made it the 9th largest of 29 barangays in Porac by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Manibaug Libutad accounted for approximately 3.96% of the total population of Porac, which stood at 140,751 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 4,627 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 5,576 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +20.5%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Manibaug Libutad is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Porac is a municipality comprising 29 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Manibaug Libutad, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
