Barangay Pinaglabanan

Barangay Pinaglabanan is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Quezon, located in the province of Palawan, in the MIMAROPA Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Pinaglabanan had a population of 3,310. This made it the 10th largest of 14 barangays in Quezon by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pinaglabanan accounted for approximately 5.07% of the total population of Quezon, which stood at 65,283 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Pinaglabanan moving from 3,266 residents to 3,310 residents, an intercensal change of +1.3%. The trajectory indicates a slowly expanding community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Pinaglabanan as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Quezon is a municipality comprising 14 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Pinaglabanan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
