Barangay No. 4 (Pob.)

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay No. 4 (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Quinapondan in Eastern Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay No. 4 (Pob.) had a population of 208. This made it the 22nd largest of 25 barangays in Quinapondan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay No. 4 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 1.43% of the total population of Quinapondan, which stood at 14,507 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay No. 4 (Pob.) changed from 209 to 208, a shift of -0.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with broadly stable populations in Quinapondan. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay No. 4 (Pob.) as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Quinapondan is a municipality comprising 25 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay No. 4 (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
