Barangay Poblacion I

Classified as a large barangay, Barangay Poblacion I is one of the administrative divisions of Real in Quezon, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Poblacion I had a population of 6,023. This made it the 1st largest of 17 barangays in Real by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Poblacion I accounted for approximately 15.57% of the total population of Real, which stood at 38,678 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Poblacion I moving from 5,568 residents to 6,023 residents, an intercensal change of +8.2%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Poblacion I as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
