Barangay Lanting

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Lanting is one of the administrative divisions of Roxas in Isabela, Cagayan Valley, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Lanting had a population of 1,260. This made it the 22nd largest of 26 barangays in Roxas by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Lanting accounted for approximately 1.91% of the total population of Roxas, which stood at 65,839 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Lanting changed from 1,195 to 1,260, a shift of +5.4% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Roxas. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Lanting as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
