Barangay Vinisitahan

Situated in San Antonio, Northern Samar, Barangay Vinisitahan is one of 10 barangays that make up the municipality within Eastern Visayas.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Vinisitahan had a population of 727. This made it the 5th largest of 10 barangays in San Antonio by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Vinisitahan accounted for approximately 8.19% of the total population of San Antonio, which stood at 8,882 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Vinisitahan changed from 715 to 727, a shift of +1.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with slowly expanding populations in San Antonio. Barangay Vinisitahan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

San Antonio is a municipality comprising 10 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Vinisitahan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
