Barangay Halapitan (Pob.)

Barangay Halapitan (Pob.) is a large barangay in the municipality of San Fernando, located in the province of Bukidnon, in the Northern Mindanao region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Halapitan (Pob.) had a population of 11,726. This made it the 1st largest of 24 barangays in San Fernando by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Halapitan (Pob.) accounted for approximately 18.60% of the total population of San Fernando, which stood at 63,045 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Halapitan (Pob.) moving from 10,221 residents to 11,726 residents, an intercensal change of +14.7%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Halapitan (Pob.) is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
