Barangay L. Pimentel

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay L. Pimentel is one of the administrative divisions of San Luis in Aurora, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay L. Pimentel had a population of 1,220. This made it the 10th largest of 18 barangays in San Luis by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay L. Pimentel accounted for approximately 4.09% of the total population of San Luis, which stood at 29,824 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,074 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,220 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +13.6%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay L. Pimentel as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

San Luis is a municipality comprising 18 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay L. Pimentel, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
