Barangay San Isidro forms part of San Luis, a municipality in Aurora, and is classified as a mid-sized barangay.

San Luis is a municipality comprising 18 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Isidro, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
