Barangay Lucero (Pob.)

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Lucero (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of San Marcelino in Zambales, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Lucero (Pob.) had a population of 1,745. This made it the 13th largest of 18 barangays in San Marcelino by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Lucero (Pob.) accounted for approximately 4.63% of the total population of San Marcelino, which stood at 37,719 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Lucero (Pob.) changed from 1,617 to 1,745, a shift of +7.9% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in San Marcelino. Barangay Lucero (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
