Barangay Bella Luz

Barangay Bella Luz is a small barangay in the municipality of San Mateo, located in the province of Isabela, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Bella Luz had a population of 1,385. This made it the 23rd largest of 33 barangays in San Mateo by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bella Luz accounted for approximately 2.08% of the total population of San Mateo, which stood at 66,663 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Bella Luz moving from 1,411 residents to 1,385 residents, an intercensal change of -1.8%. The trajectory indicates a broadly stable community.
