Barangay Poblacion Barangay 2 is a very small barangay in the municipality of San Sebastian, located in the province of Samar, in the Eastern Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Poblacion Barangay 2 had a population of 396. This made it the 13th largest of 14 barangays in San Sebastian by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality.
