Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Pag-Asa Pob. is one of the administrative divisions of Santa Cruz in Marinduque, MIMAROPA Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Pag-Asa Pob. had a population of 1,445. This made it the 11th largest of 55 barangays in Santa Cruz by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pag-Asa Pob. accounted for approximately 2.64% of the total population of Santa Cruz, which stood at 54,692 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Pag-Asa Pob. changed from 1,654 to 1,445, a shift of -12.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Santa Cruz.
