Barangay Salvacion

Barangay Salvacion is a small barangay in the municipality of Santa Elena, located in the province of Camarines Norte, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Salvacion had a population of 716. This made it the 15th largest of 19 barangays in Santa Elena by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Salvacion accounted for approximately 1.64% of the total population of Santa Elena, which stood at 43,582 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Salvacion moving from 652 residents to 716 residents, an intercensal change of +9.8%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Salvacion as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
