This made it the 2nd largest of 6 barangays in Santa Maria by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. The barangay recorded 2,175 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,328 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +7.0%, consistent with a growing settlement.
