Barangay Guisguis-Talon

Barangay Guisguis-Talon is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Sariaya, located in the province of Quezon, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Guisguis-Talon had a population of 4,376. This made it the 13th largest of 43 barangays in Sariaya by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Guisguis-Talon accounted for approximately 2.70% of the total population of Sariaya, which stood at 161,868 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Guisguis-Talon moving from 3,929 residents to 4,376 residents, an intercensal change of +11.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Guisguis-Talon as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
