Classified as a large barangay, Barangay Sampaloc Santo Cristo is one of the administrative divisions of Sariaya in Quezon, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Sampaloc Santo Cristo had a population of 9,007. This made it the 1st largest of 43 barangays in Sariaya by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Sampaloc Santo Cristo accounted for approximately 5.56% of the total population of Sariaya, which stood at 161,868 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 8,953 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 9,007 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +0.6%, consistent with a slowly expanding settlement. Barangay Sampaloc Santo Cristo is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
