Barangay Biga-a

Barangay Biga-a is a very small barangay in the municipality of Sibalom, located in the province of Antique, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Biga-a had a population of 367. This made it the 67th largest of 76 barangays in Sibalom by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Biga-a accounted for approximately 0.57% of the total population of Sibalom, which stood at 63,833 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Biga-a moving from 329 residents to 367 residents, an intercensal change of +11.6%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
