Barangay San Miguel I

Barangay San Miguel I is a small barangay in the municipality of Silang, located in the province of Cavite, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Miguel I had a population of 1,798. This made it the 53rd largest of 64 barangays in Silang by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Miguel I accounted for approximately 0.61% of the total population of Silang, which stood at 295,644 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,696 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,798 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +6.0%, consistent with a growing settlement.
