Barangay San Antonio

Barangay San Antonio is a very small barangay in the municipality of Silvino Lobos, located in the province of Northern Samar, in the Eastern Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Antonio had a population of 156. This made it the 25th largest of 26 barangays in Silvino Lobos by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Antonio accounted for approximately 1.03% of the total population of Silvino Lobos, which stood at 15,100 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Antonio changed from 140 to 156, a shift of +11.4% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Silvino Lobos. Barangay San Antonio is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Silvino Lobos is a municipality comprising 26 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Antonio, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
