Barangay Nalayahan

Barangay Nalayahan is a small barangay in the municipality of Siruma, located in the province of Camarines Sur, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Nalayahan had a population of 638. This made it the 13th largest of 22 barangays in Siruma by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Nalayahan accounted for approximately 3.29% of the total population of Siruma, which stood at 19,419 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Nalayahan moving from 531 residents to 638 residents, an intercensal change of +20.2%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Nalayahan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
