Barangay Koreo

Situated in Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao Del Norte, Barangay Koreo is one of 37 barangays that make up the municipality within Northern Mindanao.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Koreo had a population of 2,033. This made it the 8th largest of 37 barangays in Sultan Naga Dimaporo by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Koreo accounted for approximately 3.34% of the total population of Sultan Naga Dimaporo, which stood at 60,904 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Koreo moving from 1,325 residents to 2,033 residents, an intercensal change of +53.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
