Barangay San Isidro

Barangay San Isidro is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Tiaong, located in the province of Quezon, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Isidro had a population of 2,580. This made it the 17th largest of 31 barangays in Tiaong by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Isidro accounted for approximately 2.43% of the total population of Tiaong, which stood at 106,265 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay San Isidro moving from 2,358 residents to 2,580 residents, an intercensal change of +9.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Isidro as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Tiaong is a municipality comprising 31 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Isidro, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
