Barangay San Francisco Norte

Situated in Tibiao, Antique, Barangay San Francisco Norte is one of 21 barangays that make up the municipality within Western Visayas.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Francisco Norte had a population of 1,783. This made it the 6th largest of 21 barangays in Tibiao by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Francisco Norte accounted for approximately 6.21% of the total population of Tibiao, which stood at 28,703 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Francisco Norte changed from 1,690 to 1,783, a shift of +5.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Tibiao. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Francisco Norte as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
