Barangay Pandan

Situated in Tubigon, Bohol, Barangay Pandan is one of 34 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Visayas.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Pandan had a population of 1,301. This made it the 16th largest of 34 barangays in Tubigon by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pandan accounted for approximately 2.72% of the total population of Tubigon, which stood at 47,886 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,214 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,301 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +7.2%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Pandan as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
