Barangay Jolason

Barangay Jolason forms part of Tubungan, a municipality in Iloilo, and is classified as a small barangay.

Barangay Jolason is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Tubungan is a municipality comprising 48 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Jolason, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Iloilo, which contains 1,901 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Jolason ranks 1096th by 2020 population.
