Barangay Caritan Norte

Situated in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Barangay Caritan Norte is one of 49 barangays that make up the city within Cagayan Valley.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Caritan Norte had a population of 3,582. This made it the 21st largest of 49 barangays in Tuguegarao City by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Caritan Norte accounted for approximately 2.15% of the total population of Tuguegarao City, which stood at 166,334 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 3,093 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 3,582 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +15.8%, consistent with a growing settlement.
