Barangay Balire

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Balire is one of the administrative divisions of Tunga in Leyte, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

This made it the 7th largest of 8 barangays in Tunga by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Balire changed from 818 to 757, a shift of -7.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Tunga.
