Barangay Bulo Ilaya

Barangay Bulo Ilaya is a small barangay in the municipality of Unisan, located in the province of Quezon, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Bulo Ilaya had a population of 703. This made it the 12th largest of 36 barangays in Unisan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bulo Ilaya accounted for approximately 2.76% of the total population of Unisan, which stood at 25,448 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Bulo Ilaya changed from 925 to 703, a shift of -24.0% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Unisan. Barangay Bulo Ilaya is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
