Barangay Don Espiridion Villegas is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Vallehermoso, located in the province of Negros Oriental, in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Don Espiridion Villegas had a population of 2,042. This made it the 9th largest of 15 barangays in Vallehermoso by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Don Espiridion Villegas accounted for approximately 5.01% of the total population of Vallehermoso, which stood at 40,779 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,878 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,042 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +8.7%, consistent with a growing settlement.
