Barangay Zone II (Pob.)

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Zone II (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Victoria in Northern Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Zone II (Pob.) had a population of 561. This made it the 11th largest of 16 barangays in Victoria by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Zone II (Pob.) accounted for approximately 3.65% of the total population of Victoria, which stood at 15,361 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Zone II (Pob.) changed from 496 to 561, a shift of +13.1% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Victoria. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Zone II (Pob.) as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Victoria is a municipality comprising 16 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Zone II (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Northern Samar, which contains 569 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Zone II (Pob.) ranks 391st by 2020 population. The next Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) are scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, with officials serving four-year terms under Republic Act No. 12232.
