Barangay Jose Rizal

Barangay Jose Rizal is a small barangay in the municipality of Aborlan, located in the province of Palawan, in the MIMAROPA Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Jose Rizal had a population of 1,519. This made it the 11th largest of 19 barangays in Aborlan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Jose Rizal accounted for approximately 3.92% of the total population of Aborlan, which stood at 38,736 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Jose Rizal moving from 1,371 residents to 1,519 residents, an intercensal change of +10.8%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
