Barangay Gordon

Barangay Gordon is a small barangay in the municipality of Alabat, located in the province of Quezon, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Gordon had a population of 626. This made it the 12th largest of 19 barangays in Alabat by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Gordon accounted for approximately 3.93% of the total population of Alabat, which stood at 15,936 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Gordon changed from 561 to 626, a shift of +11.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Alabat. Barangay Gordon is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
