Barangay Sili

Barangay Sili is a small barangay in the municipality of Aurora, located in the province of Isabela, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Sili had a population of 874. This made it the 20th largest of 33 barangays in Aurora by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Sili accounted for approximately 2.39% of the total population of Aurora, which stood at 36,621 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Sili moving from 814 residents to 874 residents, an intercensal change of +7.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Sili is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
