Barangay San Roque

Barangay San Roque forms part of Bamban, a municipality in Tarlac, and is classified as a large barangay.

This made it the 3rd largest of 15 barangays in Bamban by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. The barangay recorded 10,678 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 11,986 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +12.2%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay San Roque is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Bamban is a municipality comprising 15 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Roque, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
