Barangay Mount Data

Barangay Mount Data is a small barangay in the municipality of Bauko, located in the province of Mountain Province, in the CAR region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Mount Data had a population of 646. This made it the 20th largest of 22 barangays in Bauko by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Mount Data accounted for approximately 2.02% of the total population of Bauko, which stood at 32,021 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Mount Data changed from 580 to 646, a shift of +11.4% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Bauko. Barangay Mount Data is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Bauko is a municipality comprising 22 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Mount Data, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
