Barangay Balintad

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Balintad is one of the administrative divisions of Baungon in Bukidnon, Northern Mindanao, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Balintad had a population of 654. This made it the 13th largest of 16 barangays in Baungon by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Balintad accounted for approximately 1.76% of the total population of Baungon, which stood at 37,111 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Balintad moving from 539 residents to 654 residents, an intercensal change of +21.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Balintad is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
