Barangay Tococ West

Barangay Tococ West is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Bayambang, located in the province of Pangasinan, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tococ West had a population of 2,040. This made it the 22nd largest of 77 barangays in Bayambang by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tococ West accounted for approximately 1.58% of the total population of Bayambang, which stood at 129,011 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Tococ West changed from 1,994 to 2,040, a shift of +2.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Bayambang. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Tococ West as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
