Barangay Ngingi-an

Situated in Bingawan, Iloilo, Barangay Ngingi-an is one of 14 barangays that make up the municipality within Western Visayas.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Ngingi-an had a population of 668. This made it the 12th largest of 14 barangays in Bingawan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Ngingi-an accounted for approximately 4.13% of the total population of Bingawan, which stood at 16,164 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Ngingi-an moving from 679 residents to 668 residents, an intercensal change of -1.6%. The trajectory indicates a broadly stable community.
